Grant awards from CNY Arts grant programs must be used for project-related costs for

publicly accessible arts activities in the county of residency, as outlined in the grantee's

application to CNY Arts.

In the event of any significant changes to grant-related activities, the grantee must notify

CNY Arts at least 30 days prior to the scheduled event or once the change is known.

Before submitting a Change in Proposed Activity form, please review your originally

submitted proposal. You can access your application by clicking on your account name

in the upper right hand corner of this page and then clicking "My Submissions." Please

complete this form if there are significant changes to one or more of the following:

  • Postponement or cancellation of proposed activities
  • Budget changes that may affect the ability to carry out the project as

          proposed

  • Change(s) in key artistic or administrative project personnel or

          participating organizations

  • Change(s) in project location of proposed activities
  • Other changes to proposed activities determined to be significant in

           consultation with CNY Arts staff

Upon receipt and review of this form, CNY Arts will determine if the proposed changes

are in line with the CNY Arts grant-specific Program Guidelines and the originally

submitted proposal.

Please note:

Due to COVID-19 related cancellations or postponements, delays or change in

scope will not negatively impact your 2020 contracts or ability to request funds through

other grant programs of CNY Arts. Depending on the circumstances, you may be able

to have an open 2020 and 2021 contract with CNY Arts at the same time. These will be

approved on a case-by-case basis.
