The Festival Fund program is a regrant program administered by CNY Arts and made possible with funds from the National Endowment for the Arts, the County of Onondaga, and The Trust for Cultural Resources of the County of Onondaga. The goal of the Festival Fund program is to provide grant funding for arts & cultural festivals with high artistic excellence and artistic merit to nonprofit organizations in Cortland, Herkimer, Madison, Oneida, Onondaga, and Oswego Counties.
Application Deadline: Tuesday, April 2, 2024 by 12:00 PM (noon)
How to apply: All applications must be submitted online through Submittable

Who May Apply: 501(c)(3) Nonprofit organizations that host arts & cultural festivals with high artistic excellence & artistic merit in Cortland, Herkimer, Madison, Oneida, Onondaga, & Oswego Counties, and federally-recognized Indian tribal governments.
Award Amount: $1,000.00 to $5,000.00
Project Period: January 1, 2024 to December 31, 2024
Because the eligible project period begins January 1 of this year, awarded agencies will be allowed to back-bill from that date forward.

The purpose of the Onondaga County MicroGrant Program is to provide grant funding for arts and cultural projects, programs, and services offered by nonprofit organizations and grassroots entities that contribute to the cultural development of Onondaga County.
Application Deadline: Monday, April 15, 2024 by 12:00 PM (noon)

Who may apply: Nonprofit organizations and community-focused unincorporated entities in Onondaga County
Award Amount: Up to $1,000.00

CNY Arts appoints panelists to review and evaluate grant applications for the Statewide Community Regrants program.
All panelists must work in or be residents of Cortland, Herkimer, Madison, Oneida, Onondaga, or Oswego counties.
To nominate yourself or another person for panel service, please complete the following form.
Please note panelists most rotate off after three (3) consecutive grant cycles.
